NoteCraft Education

Convert source material into structured notes.

Use files, text, images or video to create structured notes and outputs you can review.

What it does

Convert different types of input into structured notes or outputs.

When to use it

Use it when you have source material such as a file, text, image or video and need it processed into a usable format.

How it works

The system takes the selected input type, processes it in real time and generates a structured result based on the chosen mode.

Upload PDF, Word or PowerPoint (PPTX) files such as reports, lecture notes, training material or slide decks.

Lecture handouts, textbook chapters, revision guides, training decks. PowerPoint upload works best with text-based slides. For best results, use slides with readable text content.
Turn lecture videos and YouTube content into structured study notes. NoteCraft extracts the content, identifies key concepts and organises it into notes you can actually study from. Public YouTube videos with available captions/transcripts work best. Some restricted, private, age-limited or unavailable videos may not be processed. If the video is in another language, notes are created in that language with an option to download in English.

Important notes

  • NoteCraft works from the material you provide. It will not invent information not in your source.
  • Public YouTube videos with available captions/transcripts work best. Some restricted, private, age-limited or unavailable videos may not be processed.
  • Files must be text-based PDFs or DOCX. Scanned image PDFs will not extract correctly.
  • Protected actions use credits. Cost is shown before processing starts.
  • Generated notes are available for download for a short time. Download promptly.
