What are credits?

Can credits expire?

Some credit types may expire or refresh depending on how they were granted. Other credits may remain available until used. Your account shows your current available balance.

Different tools require different levels of processing.

What happens if I don't have enough credits?

The system blocks the action before it starts.

Is my data stored?

Inputs and outputs may be processed and temporarily retained to generate results, support downloads, sharing features, reliability, security operations and abuse prevention. CurrentOrigin AI does not use customer content to train public AI models.

How is my account secured?

Secure Google sign-in and verified email access are used.

Can credits be refunded?

Credits may be reserved before processing. If processing fails before a usable output is created, reserved credits may be refunded according to platform rules.

What are voucher credits?

Voucher codes may add credits to your wallet when successfully redeemed. Voucher availability, eligibility and expiry depend on the voucher rules.

Where can I see my current balance?

Your account area shows your total available credits and any expiring credits.

Does ShopWise sell products directly?

No. ShopWise helps you compare and choose products. You complete your purchase directly on the source platform.
