Terms governing access to and use of CurrentOrigin AI.
Welcome to CurrentOrigin AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, tools and services (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms apply to the CurrentOrigin AI website, mobile applications, platform services and related applications and supported interfaces.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

CurrentOrigin AI is a platform of purpose-built intelligence applications supporting workflows including research, learning, career development, travel planning, shopping, architecture, communication, data analysis and productivity. Services may be accessed through the website, mobile applications and other supported interfaces. Outputs are generated automatically using AI systems and supporting service providers.
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and remain responsible for activity under your account.
By using the Service, you agree to receive operational communications required for authentication, verification, security, account management and service administration. Marketing communications remain subject to your preferences and applicable law.
We support email/password login, Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In. Your CurrentOrigin Account provides the shared authentication and identity system used across supported CurrentOrigin AI applications. Sign-in through Google or Apple is handled by the respective provider. CurrentOrigin AI does not collect or store third-party passwords. Only basic identity information required for sign-in is used, such as your email address and name when available.
You must accept these Terms before using the Service. We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, generate illegal or harmful content, infringe intellectual property rights, reverse engineer or exploit the platform, overload or disrupt the Service, bypass security, credits or fair-use controls or misuse the Service in any way.
Automated access, scraping, bots or scripts are prohibited unless expressly authorized by CurrentOrigin AI. You must not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with platform integrity or circumvent platform protections.
You may provide input such as text or documents. You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and submit such content.
Inputs, uploaded files and generated outputs may be processed and temporarily retained to generate results, support downloads, sharing features, reliability, security operations and abuse prevention. CurrentOrigin AI does not use customer content to train public AI models.
We may store account data, credit metadata, usage metadata, email event metadata and operational logs. We do not claim that no data of any kind is stored.
Generated files are stored temporarily to support processing and download. Files are automatically removed after a short period and availability may vary depending on processing type or system load. You are responsible for downloading your files before they are removed. Generated outputs are not stored as permanent user content.
Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable or misleading. We do not guarantee correctness, completeness, reliability or suitability. You are responsible for reviewing, validating and deciding whether outputs are appropriate for use.
The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Outputs must not be relied upon as professional advice and should be independently verified where necessary.
The Service may rely on third-party providers, including AI model providers, authentication providers, hosting providers, email providers, data providers, mobile application distribution platforms and payment providers. We are not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, interruptions or policies.
The platform, software, design, branding and related materials are owned by CurrentOrigin AI or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, resell or reuse platform components without permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You may use AI-generated outputs generated through the Service, subject to applicable law and any applicable third-party provider terms. CurrentOrigin AI retains ownership of the platform, software, workflows, processing systems, technology, branding and platform architecture.
We may modify, limit, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI models, processing methods, providers and platform features may change over time without prior notice. The Service may evolve over time through the addition, removal, replacement or modification of applications, features and integrations.
Certain features may be released as Beta, Preview or Experimental. These features may change, may contain defects, may be discontinued and are provided without guarantee of continued availability.
CurrentOrigin AI uses a credit-based usage system. Certain actions may require credits before processing begins. The required credit amount may vary by tool, action, input type or output type.
Credits may be granted through various channels, including welcome grants, daily grants, admin grants, voucher redemptions or other platform promotions. Different credit grants may have different expiry behavior. Some credits may expire at the end of a period. Other credits may remain available until used. If credits are insufficient, the requested action may be blocked.
Credit rules, grant types, costs and limits may change over time. Credits are part of platform access control and may also support security, performance and abuse prevention.
Credits may be reserved before processing starts. If processing completes successfully, reserved credits are consumed.
If processing fails before a usable output is generated, reserved credits may be refunded. Downloads or access to already generated outputs may not consume additional credits.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue credit grants, credit costs or access rules at any time. Credits have no cash value unless explicitly stated. Free credits are provided for platform access and testing and are not redeemable. Credits are personal to the account, non-transferable unless expressly permitted by CurrentOrigin AI, may not be sold, exchanged or converted into cash, and do not constitute property or stored monetary value.
Users may deactivate their account where the feature is available. A deactivated account may be prevented from logging in or using tools until reactivated.
Users may request or initiate account deletion where the feature is available. Account deletion removes account identity data from the platform, subject to technical, legal, security or operational retention requirements.
Metadata that no longer identifies the user may remain for aggregate analytics, security, accounting or operational integrity.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create security risk, abuse limits or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurrentOrigin AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, data loss, business interruption, lost profits, reliance on generated outputs or third-party service failures. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CurrentOrigin AI from claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms or your violation of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version and update date will be shown on this page.
