How NoteCraft works.

NoteCraft converts lecture videos, YouTube content, documents and hand written notes into structured study material you can review and revise.

Instead of watching a full lecture and writing notes manually, you get structured notes in seconds.

01

Choose your input

NoteCraft accepts whatever format your material is in:

  • Public lecture videos and YouTube content with available captions/transcripts
  • PDF or Word documents
  • PowerPoint (PPTX) slide decks
  • Text notes
  • Handwritten or printed notes as images

NoteCraft converts slide decks into structured notes by identifying key ideas across slides. NoteCraft reads image content and converts it into structured study notes. Supports multiple languages when the content is clear.

02

Choose your mode

Select Structured Study Notes for full coverage, key concepts, grouped sections, a simplified explanation and possible exam questions. Choose Revision Mode for a compact, exam-focused format with key terms, quick takeaways and a revision checklist.

03

NoteCraft structures the content

NoteCraft takes lecture videos, handwritten notes and study material and turns them into structured content designed for learning and revision.

It removes the need to watch, pause and manually write notes. You get organised material with key concepts, explanations and possible questions.

Best use cases: studying from YouTube lectures, preparing for exams, simplifying long study material, converting slide decks into study notes, converting rough or handwritten notes into structured format.

04

Language support

Notes are generated in the original language of the content. If your source is a Hindi lecture or a German document, the notes will be in that language.

If needed, you can also download an English version. NoteCraft will translate the full structured notes for you.

05

Download your notes

Your structured notes are generated as a Word document (.docx) you can download, edit and study from. For non-English content, you get two download options: the original language and an English version.

06

Transform notes into a presentation

After your NoteCraft document is ready, you can transform the generated notes directly into a polished ResearchDeck presentation without uploading the source again.

ResearchDeck uses the completed NoteCraft context temporarily, creates the selected presentation output and checks credits before processing.

07

Truthfulness rule

NoteCraft works only with the content you provide. It structures and clarifies the material but does not add information that was not in your original input.

Always review the output before using it for academic or professional purposes.
