How ArchFlow works.

ArchFlow converts technical documents into structured architecture diagrams and system flows you can review and export.

Instead of manually reading long technical documents and drawing flows, you get a clean architecture view in seconds.

01

Choose your input

ArchFlow accepts technical content in structured formats:

  • PDF, Word (DOCX) documents and PowerPoint (PPT) files
  • Technical articles from supported websites

The input should contain system-level or technical details such as components, services, APIs or data flows.

02

Choose your mode

Select High-Level Architecture for a simplified system view with major components and flows. Choose Detailed Architecture for a more granular breakdown with deeper flow structure and relationships, when the input supports it.

03

ArchFlow builds the system structure

ArchFlow identifies components, connections and layers from your input and converts them into a structured architecture model.

It organizes the system into clear flows and relationships, removing the need to manually interpret and draw diagrams.

04

View your architecture

You get a clean architecture diagram along with a structured summary including components, data flow and layer breakdown.

The diagram can be expanded for a larger view for better readability.

05

Export your flow

Download your architecture as:

  • Mermaid diagram code for developer tools
  • Structured JSON for further processing or integration

These formats allow you to reuse and extend the generated architecture easily.

06

Truthfulness rule

ArchFlow works only with the content you provide. It structures and visualizes the system but does not add components or flows that are not supported by your input.

Always review the generated architecture before using it for design or implementation decisions.

07

How ArchFlow works

ArchFlow works best with structured technical content documents that describe components, services, integrations or data flows.

It supports DOCX, PDF, PPTX files and public web pages. Visual extraction can analyze embedded diagrams and images when enabled. Linked pages can read up to 5 additional pages from the same site when a URL is used.

08

Limitations

JavaScript heavy pages such as Salesforce Help or some documentation sites may not be fully readable. Upload the content as PDF, DOCX or PPTX instead.

Scanned PDFs without embedded text or embedded images may produce limited results. Very large or unstructured documents may return high-level outputs only. Diagrams with unclear labels may not be fully interpreted during visual extraction. Visual extraction uses only the main page and does not process linked pages.
